Tavistock Town Council needs a conservation architect to lead design and contract administration for repairs to two Grade-listed buildings: Betsy Grimbal's Tower (Grade I) and the Still House (Grade II), including new public access, lighting and signage. Capital works are estimated at £325,000–£375,000.
