Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a construction project management consultant for the Development Phase (RIBA 2-3) of the Reimagining Margam Castle heritage project, running to December 2026. The role may extend to the Delivery Phase (RIBA 4-6) from Spring 2028 to end 2031, subject to performance and successful Round 2 funding.
