Road Traffic Collision Database
Cambridgeshire County Council needs a web-based database to receive, validate, and analyse STATS19 road traffic collision data from police (in CRaSH XML format) weekly. The system must validate against DfT STATS20/21 guidance and allow export to Excel, GIS, and PowerBI.
