WGCD Meter Operator Provider Services Framework
Welsh Government is establishing a framework for Meter Operator Provider (MOP) services to support smart meter rollout and non-half-hourly AMR meter management. The framework will enable direct awards for MOP and data collector services, plus sub-metering and gas data logging.
