Tees Valley Combined Authority is seeking providers to deliver adult skills programmes to residents aged 19+ across 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29. The programmes should focus on green industries, manufacturing, logistics, construction, digital, health and social care, with flexible and employer-linked delivery models.
