Extension of existing Dynamic Purchasing System for the Supply of Passenger Transport Services
Wirral Council is extending its Dynamic Purchasing System for passenger transport, covering private hire, hackney carriage, PSV/PCV and other licensed vehicles. Suppliers can apply to join the DPS and will then be invited to bid for specific service contracts.
