Derry City and Strabane District Council needs a qualified Energy Assessor to produce Display Energy Certificates (DECs) for all council buildings over 250m² and deliver energy advisory reports in year one, complying with Energy Performance in Buildings Regulations. Site visits are required in year one only, unless significant building changes occur.
