You'll want to look if you have the capacity and systems to absorb a team of 20 cleaners and a manager, and can deliver shift-based cleaning around an academic calendar with minimal disruption to students and staff.

- TUPE compliance for transfer of 21 staff
- Ability to manage scheduled morning and evening shifts within defined hours
- Capacity for intensive holiday cleaning (approximately 630 hrs annually)
