Targeted Short Breaks Framework
Reading Borough Council is establishing a framework for targeted short breaks services for disabled children. Providers will deliver respite care and support to disabled children and their carers under duties set out in the Children's Act 1989 and the Breaks for Carers of Disabled Children Regulations 2011.
