Contract for Special Events Marquee Hire, Lot 1 – PVC Framed Marquee Hire & Lot 2 – Additional Equipment Hire
Swansea Council's Special Events Team needs to hire PVC framed marquees and additional equipment (flooring, furniture) for large outdoor events across the city, ranging from 200 to 250,000 attendees. The contract runs for three years from April 2026, with an option to extend for a further two years.
