Up to ten architectural practices will be selected to provide design services and potentially act as Principal Designer under CDM regulations.

You'll want to look if you're a RIBA or RIAS-registered architectural practice with ARB-registered architects and experience delivering new-build housing or acting as Principal Designer.
You'll need
- RIBA or RIAS registration (or equivalent)
- Architects registered with ARB or equivalent
- Experience as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations (where applicable)
