Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a provider to run two Intensive Enablement services for adults with functional mental illness: Midpoint in Stevenage (14 beds, currently operating) and Stewarts in Harpenden (14 beds, new). The service aims to support users towards semi-independent or independent living.
