Advance Northumberland is building a new B&M store (19,000 sq ft) and Starbucks drive-thru (1,800 sq ft) with external works as phase 3 of Bedlington Town Centre regeneration. This is a two-stage competitive flexible procedure; you submit a PSQ by 20 March to be shortlisted, then an ITT response by 19 May if selected.
