Maidstone Borough Council needs an independent organisation to design and deliver deliberative community engagement for the Park Wood & Senacre neighbourhood under the Pride in Place programme. The process should enable residents to meaningfully shape a 10-year plan through structured deliberation on evidence, trade-offs and priorities.
