North East Lincolnshire Council wants to run a Violence Against Women and Girls Ambassador Service providing high-visibility patrols in Grimsby Town Centre on Friday and Saturday evenings. The Ambassadors will offer reassurance, early intervention, and practical support to vulnerable people, working with CCTV, police and local businesses.
