Stoke on Trent City Council is seeking a lead provider to manage and deliver the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme. The provider will sub-contract, coordinate and deliver enriching activities and meals for eligible school-aged children during Easter, Summer and Winter holidays until May 2029.
