Festive Activation at Pier Head and St George's Plateau
Liverpool City Council wants an experienced operator to design, build and run festive activations at two city-centre sites (St George's Plateau and Pier Head) from winter 2026/27 onwards. The operator will manage the full event including attractions, market stalls, food and beverage outlets, site infrastructure, utilities, health and safety, and visitor experience.
