University of Bath is seeking a Lead Designer to head a multidisciplinary team for the 3 West Refurbishments Project. The team will cover architecture, structural engineering, MEP, fire engineering and other specialist input, developing the project through RIBA Stages 1–4 and evaluating major refurbishment versus demolition and replacement options.
