Upper Lighthorne Primary School
Warwickshire County Council is seeking a contractor for a two-stage design and build contract to construct Upper Lighthorne Primary School, a 2-form entry primary school with provision for future expansion to 3-form entry. The contractor will be responsible for all design from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, with Gleeds retained for project management, contract administration and cost management.
