Provision of Food Inspection Services
Isle of Wight Council needs a contractor to carry out food hygiene and standards inspections at food premises across the island. The work focuses mainly on lower-risk premises (C, D risk profile and newly registered) but the contractor must be capable of inspecting any risk level if needed.
