Telford & Wrekin Council wants a single provider to deliver non-instructed advocacy for adults aged 16+ who lack capacity or have substantial difficulty engaging with care, health and support services. The service covers IMCA (including DoLS and RPR), Care Act advocacy, and health complaints advocacy.
