Bristol City Council is establishing a four-year roofing framework split into two lots: Lot 1 for pitched roof replacements on properties up to 4 storeys, and Lot 2 for competitive mini-tenders on flat and mixed roofing projects. The framework covers domestic properties across the north and south of the city.
