Oxfordshire Micromobility scheme
Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a single operator to run a 24-month e-scooter and e-bike hire service across central Oxfordshire (Oxford, Abingdon, Botley, Kidlington, Wheatley and others) plus e-bike trials in Science Vale and Bicester. The scheme replaces the current e-scooter contract and aims to support commuting, reduce car usage, and manage parking compliance.
