Cornwall Council is seeking a delivery partner for a 15-month randomised control trial offering pre-employment vocational training to 16–24 year-olds who are NEET. The project is externally funded by the Youth Futures Foundation and will run alongside a control group supported by the existing Youth Engagement Project.
