First Aid Training Framework
Carmarthenshire County Council is setting up a framework to deliver accredited first aid courses (Paediatric Emergency, First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work) to its staff across multiple venues. Providers will also cover specialist content such as anaphylaxis and catastrophic bleeding management.

- Must be able to deliver Paediatric Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work (3-day), and Emergency First Aid at Work (1-day)
- Capacity to deliver multiple courses at different venues on the same day
- Ability to deliver specialist content on anaphylaxis, catastrophic bleeding, and choking rescue in learning disabilities settings
