GMCA is procuring design, build, installation, commissioning and testing of new commingled dry recycling sorting equipment for a materials recovery facility at Salford Road, Over Hulton, Bolton. The new plant will process 140,000 tonnes per annum of mixed dry recyclables collected across Greater Manchester.
