Coventry City Council is commissioning an integrated adult lifestyle service delivering behaviour change support for weight management, smoking cessation, physical activity and alcohol consumption. The service uses a single health coach model with one-to-one and group sessions delivered face-to-face, by phone/video, and via digital platforms.
