Multiple Disadvantage and Housing Support Alliance

Sheffield City Council is commissioning a £21.9m integrated floating support service for people experiencing multiple disadvantage (homelessness, mental health needs, substance use, criminal justice involvement, domestic abuse). The service must be delivered by an alliance of suppliers working together across three age/pathway groups.

You'll want to look if you're a social care or housing support organisation able to form or join a multi-provider alliance and deliver holistic support to people with complex needs including homelessness, mental health, substance use, and domestic abuse.

  • Must submit as an alliance (group of suppliers, not individual organisation)
  • Trauma-informed approach required
  • Must deliver across three distinct pathways: young people 16–25, adults 25+, recovery and co-production
  • the contract itself is a large one
