Highways Consultancy support Framework
Blackpool Council is establishing a three-lot framework for multi-disciplinary consultancy support to its Highways department, Enterprise Zone, and Growth and Prosperity services. They will appoint three ranked contractors per lot across highways design, strategic highways and structures support, and traffic signal support.
