Hospital Kitchen Deep Cleaning
NHS Lothian seeks a contractor for routine deep cleaning of kitchen facilities across seven hospital and community sites, including canopy and extraction cleaning, decarbonising equipment, and full disinfection. Work is scheduled 2–3 times per year.
