PS Wingfield Castle - Phase 2 Works
Hartlepool Borough Council wants a contractor to stabilise and repair the PS Wingfield Castle paddle steamer, including structural work, towing it onto land, and installing new moorings and access infrastructure. The contractor will act as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer under CDM 2015.
