Provision of Out of Hours and Community Alarm Telephone Answering Service
ateb Housing Group needs a contractor to run two 24/7 telephone services: out-of-hours emergency response for property repairs across their 3,000 homes, and a community alarm service for approximately 550 older and disabled tenants. The contractor will take calls, dispatch engineers and specialist contractors, and manage emergencies 365 days a year.
