Delivery and Management Partner - National Construction Framework
Wirral Council is seeking a Delivery and Management Partner to design, procure, and manage a National Construction Works Framework for 10 years (extendable by up to 24 months). The partner will work with the Council to establish framework strategy and requirements, and will be granted a concession to make the framework available to other eligible public authorities in return for concession fees rather than council payment.
