Provision of a Human Resource System & Duties Management System
Warwickshire Police needs an HR system covering HR management, training administration, and optionally case/performance/recruitment management, plus a separate duties management system for shift planning, rostering, and leave requests. The contract runs for 5 years from go-live (estimated July 2027) plus up to 3 optional 1-year extensions.
