Solihull Council wants a provider to design and deliver a multi-level systemic practice training programme for its Children's Services workforce, from frontline staff through senior leaders. The work includes diagnostic assessment, blended training delivery across introductory, foundation, intermediate and leadership levels, and support to embed systemic practice into supervision, quality assurance and organisational culture.
