Enhanced Care Framework
Sheffield City Council is establishing an eight-year open framework for support services to people over 16 with learning disabilities and/or autism, including those with challenging behaviours and mental health conditions. The framework covers six lots: enhanced supported living, severe multiple disadvantage support, residential and nursing care homes, planned and emergency short breaks, and crisis/bridging support.
