Bolton Council is establishing a four-year professional services framework worth £3m to access surveyors, architects, engineers and quantity surveyors for capital projects and estate management across its property portfolio. The framework is split into seven lots covering building surveys, architectural design, mechanical and electrical assessments, cost planning, CDM coordination, structural engineering, and multidisciplinary work.
