Spitfire Way works contract
Thanet District Council is leasing a former airport vehicle maintenance workshop and needs modernisation and enabling works before it can be used to maintain their fleet of 113 vehicles including 41 HGVs. The building already has maintenance pits and is purpose-built for HGV work; the supplier will carry out the necessary updates and obtain Building Regulations approval.
