Accelerated Affordable Housing on Council Owned Sites
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking a Registered Provider partner to develop three council-owned sites for affordable housing, primarily 1-bedroom units for care leavers, vulnerable adults and homeless households. The council will dispose of the sites (Londonderry Road, Stirling House, Parkside Resource Centre) to deliver this housing.
