Inclusive Cycle Hub
BCP Council wants a provider to set up and run a pilot inclusive cycling hub for residents in 2026-27, including sourcing bikes, training staff and volunteers, managing finances, and securing future funding. The provider will develop the project plan, manage day-to-day operations, and engage with stakeholders.
