East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a main contractor to deliver Phase 3 of their Ashford College campus expansion: a new three-storey block with circa 1,700m² of space including a junior college, student union facilities, classrooms, IT suites, and workshop spaces. The contractor will manage RIBA Stages 4–7 (detailed design through completion).
