Provision of Passenger Transport Open Framework
Sefton Council is establishing an open framework for hired passenger transport services including buses, minibuses, coaches, taxis and private hire vehicles. The framework will support council and establishment journeys, mostly within Sefton but occasionally extending beyond the borough.
