Temporary Worker Support Services
Essex County Council needs a partner to manage contractual engagement, weekly payroll, timesheet processing and billing for all temporary workers - both those ECC sources directly and those supplied through third-party agencies - for ECC and partner local authorities. The partner should also provide optional access to a wider supply chain as contingency.
