Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council wants an experienced artist to create a permanent figurative bust of Queen Elizabeth II in their medium of choice. The sculpture will be placed on a plinth with a plaque inside the Palace Chapel, Armagh, and must be a lifelike, immediately recognisable representation.
