Young Carers Information, Support and Outreach Service
Pembrokeshire County Council is commissioning a support and outreach service for young unpaid carers aged 5–25 and parent carers aged 18–25. The service will provide information, support and outreach to young people caring for relatives or friends with illness, disability or substance misuse issues.
