City College Plymouth is commissioning a 5-year Estates Strategy (2026–2031) to align its property portfolio with curriculum needs, improve space efficiency, and meet net-zero carbon targets. The strategy will address the college's recent designation as an Institute of Technology and National Defence Technical Excellence College, plus its role in a £50m civic centre regeneration project.
