A Development Agreement for the development and management of a supported living accommodation and day centre
Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC seeks a development partner to design, obtain planning permission for, build and then manage a supported living accommodation facility and learning disability day centre on a former care home site in Pontypridd. The Council will top up Welsh Government grant funding as needed; the contract spans design through to long-term service management, anticipated at around 40 years.
