South Oxfordshire District Council needs a techno-economic feasibility study for a waste heat network at Culham, where a 100MW data centre is being developed with potential for up to 500MW longer term. The study will assess how to capture low-carbon heat from the data centres to supply heating to 3,500 new homes and employment sites nearby.
