Support for Communities Framework 2026-2030
Highlands and Islands Enterprise is establishing a framework to provide hands-on practical support to community organisations and social enterprises, helping them progress opportunities they lack capacity or skills to tackle themselves. This is not advisory work but active implementation support, and must not duplicate services already available through other HIE schemes or public sector bodies.
