City Centre Access and Movement Plan
Sheffield City Council needs baseline traffic and movement data for all vehicle and pedestrian modes entering and leaving the city centre, bounded by the Inner Ring Road. The survey must count cars, vans, HGVs, buses, cyclists, pedestrians, e-scooters and powered two-wheelers.
